Knor Shrestha is a Biratnagar-based artist and fashion designer with over a decade of creative practice in Nepal. His original paintings explore emotion, texture and the abstract touch, each piece a deeply personal expression of his creative vision.
Beyond the canvas, Knor is the founder / proprietor and creative designer of Maya Boutique, Biratnagar's destination for original fashion design. Every collection at Maya Boutique carries the same artistic sensibility as his paintings intentional, expressive, and rooted in craft.
Whether through a hand-painted canvas or a carefully designed garment, Knor's work sits at the intersection of fine art and fashion. Based in Biratnagar, Nepal, he continues to push creative boundaries, building a body of work that speaks equally through paint and fabric.

In 2022, Knor won the open public design competition organised by Biratnagar Metropolitan City for its official logo. The competition was initiated by the Office of the Municipal Executive of Biratnagar Metropolitan City, inviting artists and designers across Nepal to submit entries that authentically reflected the city's historical, geographical, natural, social, and cultural identity.
From all submissions received, Knor's design was selected as the winning entry and officially adopted as the permanent emblem of Biratnagar Metropolitan City.
The logo now serves as the official emblem of Biratnagar Metropolitan City.
